Camden Marasco, Presidential Candidate

Camden is an honors business student who has served on various forms of GCU leadership. He has served as the President of Colangelo Scholars, Vice President of the Honors College Student Advisory Board, co-founder of STELLAR, and ASGCU’s Director of Sustainability. In his free time, Camden trains to compete on American Ninja Warrior, gives campus tours, and recently competed in CAB’s Lip Sync Battle. He attends North Phoenix Baptist Church and loves GCU for the Christian atmosphere, entrepreneurial spirit, and the eternal loop of discipleship between freshmen and upperclassmen. If elected, Camden hopes that his administration will be known for open doors and open arms.

Tyson Cantrell, Vice President Candidate

Tyson is a current junior double majoring in psychology and behavioral health science with a minor in Christian studies. When he is not writing essays, Tyson enjoys serving GCU’s student body. Throughout his time at GCU, Tyson has served as a member of the Freshman Class Council, ASGCU’s Director of Elections, and currently holds a position as ASGCU’s Executive Chief of Staff. For fun, Tyson enjoys reading, hiking, running, and spending time with friends. Off campus, Tyson is pursuing his license as an EMT, enjoys spending time at book stores, and trains for jujitsu. He attends Living Streams and loves GCU’s Christ centered community. If elected, Tyson wants to foster a community where everyone feels accepted and heard on campus.
